• Medicare Part A, B, C, & D
• Supplemental/Medigap Insurance Plans
• Medicare Savings Programs
• EPIC (Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage)

They can also assist with Medicare problems or complaints, reporting Medicare fraud or abuse, and Long Term Care Insurance.

Appointments are necessary and can be made online or by calling the Reference Desk of the library at (516) 931-3907. Each person will have a halfhour appointment.
