Chair yoga is a gentle practice, performed while seated and with the aid
of a chair. Chair yoga is for everyone, and those who have difficulty with
getting on and off the floor or find traditional yoga a bit too challenging will
especially appreciate chair yoga.

with traditional yoga stretches and poses and who
are comfortable with floor work. Please bring

offers an Intermediate/Advanced ESL conversation class, facilitated by an
instructor. Classes will mix conversation as well as grammar lessons.

This class is designed to strengthen and stretch all muscle groups. These
exercises can be performed on the floor and modifications are provided
utilizing a chair. Stretching is incorporated into the class using a band or
